The house has a beautiful swimming pool shared with Casa Sinzias, which is located within the same property. Each house has an independent entrance as well as a barbecue area and an outdoor shower with hot water for exclusive use. They therefore share an outdoor leaving area around the pool that both houses overlook.
In the Dependance you will find a living room with a kitchen equipped with all comforts (dishwasher, electric oven, fridge with freezer), and with a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps one or two, a large double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, and a complete bathroom with shower. All the rooms are air-conditioned. The property is completed by an outdoor shower with hot water, a barbecue area and a lovely covered loggia equipped with a sofa and chairs in front of the pool for exclusive use. The house is accessed via a staircase from the condominium car park. The car park is not private but is available only to condominiums.

The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away, for all other services you need to get to Costa Rei about 6 km away or Villasimius about 10 km away. The use of a car is therefore recommended.
