CASA SINZIAS is located only 300 metres from the beach of Cala Sinzias, which can be easily reached on foot, making this villa an ideal choice for sea lovers.
The villa has a beautiful swimming pool shared with the Dependance Sinzias that is located within the same property. Each house has an independent entrance as well as a barbecue area and an outdoor shower with hot water for exclusive use.
In the CASA SINZIAS you will find a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer), three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one complete with toilet and shower, the other only with sink, toilet and laundry area), as well as a terrace of about 20 square metres with sea view and equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
All the rooms are air-conditioned and the property is completed by an outdoor shower with hot water, a barbecue area and private parking. The house is accessed from the garden via a staircase. A second entrance, also with a staircase, is exclusively pedestrian.
The location is one of the aspects that make Casa Sinzias one of the most exclusive houses in the area. The beautiful beach of Cala Sinzias is only 300 metres away and can be easily reached on foot. On the beach you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and there are several bars and restaurants with excellent service and delicious local fish dishes.
The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away, for all other services you need to get to Costa Rei about 6 km away or Villasimius about 10 km away. The use of a car is therefore recommended.
