VILLA SINZIAS is located only 300 metres from the beach of Cala Sinzias, and is easily accessible on foot, making this villa the ideal choice for sea lovers.

The property consists of two independent houses with a private swimming pool for exclusive use. The houses are rented together or also separately and in the latter case each will have to share the use of the pool with the other guests.

In the main house, CASA SINZIAS, you will find a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer), three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one complete with toilet and shower, the other only with sink, toilet and laundry area), as well as a terrace of about 20 square metres with sea view and equipped with table and chairs for dining al fresco.

The smallest house, DEPENDANCE SINZIAS, consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa that sleeps one or two, a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, and a complete private bathroom with shower.

Both houses are furnished and equipped with all comforts and with air conditioning in every room.  The two kitchens are equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and toaster.

The property includes two outdoor showers with hot water, two barbecue areas, and private parking.

From the garden there is access to the house via a staircase. A second entrance, also with a staircase, is exclusively pedestrian.

The special feature of Villa Sinzias is the private swimming pool built in an inner courtyard, completely finished with an elegant light-coloured floor and a small garden shaded by an olive tree. In front of the pool there is also a loggia and a barbecue area, ideal for summer evenings in company.

The location is also one of the aspects that make Casa Sinzias one of the most exclusive villas in the area. The beautiful beach of Cala Sinzias is only 300 metres away and can be easily reached on foot. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be reserved on the beach and there are several bars and restaurants with excellent service and delicious local fish dishes.

The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away, for all other services you need to get to Costa Rei about 6 km away or Villasimius about 10 km away. The use of a car is therefore recommended.
