Book your vacation in Sardinia at Casa Sinzias only 200 m from the wonderful beach of Cala Sinzias, in the municipality of Castiadas, 50 km from Cagliari airport, 10 km from Villasimius and 8 km from the center of Costa Rey.
The property consists of two separate buildings, with the central courtyard housing the 20-sqm swimming pool surrounded by a large loggia with barbecue area, ideal for outdoor summer dinners.
In the main villa you will find a large living room with kitchen and a sitting area with a fireplace and a sofa bed for two, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The smaller house is completely independent from the big villa, ideal for sharing a vacation with friends or relatives while keeping your own private space. It consists of living room with kitchen, full bathroom with shower, large double bedroom with walk-in closet.
The two houses share the central courtyard where the pool is located, but each has a laundry area, an outdoor shower with hot water and a reserved barbecue area.
The convenience of the Villa is the ability to easily walk to the beach of Cala Sinzias, which, in addition to its two kilometers of soft, white sand, has a crystal-clear sea of various shades of blue that has been reported by Legambiente's Goletta Verde among the purest in Sardinia. The beach has recently become famous because it was chosen by the Caretta Caretta turtle to lay its eggs. This is an endangered specimen precisely because it has difficulty finding pristine beaches to place its nest.
The beach is very wide and it is possible even in high season to find a space in the free areas, but for those who like comfort there are several establishments that offer umbrella and sunbed rental service. It is also possible to have lunch or dinner on the beach in restaurants that offer excellent service and menus of typical sea and land cuisine. The same restaurants also offer Bar service with inviting aperitifs at sunset.
